Until we become aware of them, beliefs are things that are deeply rooted in our subconscious and that we firmly believe in. The most well-known belief is probably “I am not good enough”. If you have an ingrained belief that you will die when you get out of bed, then it ties you to your bed and on top of that, the body actually believes that you are going to die when you get out of bed and the probability of this happening is very high.
